How To Order

1. Browse the Products:

2. Select the Product:
Click on the product you’re interested in to view its details, including price, description, and available options.
3. Add to Cart:
Once you’ve decided on a product, click on the “Add to Cart” button. This will save your selected item in the shopping cart.
4. Review Your Cart:
Click on the shopping cart icon (located at the top right corner) to review the items you’ve added. You can adjust quantities or remove items if it is out of stock.
5. Proceed to Checkout:
When you’re ready to complete your purchase, click on the “Checkout” button. This will take you to the order summary page.
6. Provide Shipping Information:
Enter your shipping details including your name, address & contact number.
7. Select Payment Method:
Choose your preferred payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, COD, etc.) and enter the necessary payment details.
8. Review Order Summary:
Double-check the order summary to ensure that all details are correct, including the products, quantities, and total amount.
9. Place Your Order:
Once you’re satisfied with your order, click on the “Place Order” button to move future for payment or COD confirmation.
10. Order Confirmation:
You will receive an order confirmation email & SMS with the details of your purchase. This will include an order number for reference.
11. Track Your Order:
we provide order tracking once the parcel is dispatched, you can use the Tracking id and courier name to track the progress of your shipment.

Shipping

Parcel Dispatch from the mumbai, on the same day of the order and parcel delivery depends on the delivery location. Parcel delivery is calculated between the time spane to deliver from Mumbai to XYZ customers location.

We generally dispatch your order within 2 working days of receiving the order. Our shipping partner typically takes anywhere between 2 to 10 days to deliver at your location. Shipping time depends on your location.
Maharashtra & Gujarat – 2-3 Days
Other States – 4-7 Days
J&K, North Eastern State, Andaman & Nicobar – 5-10 Days

We offer FREE SHIPPING for orders above Rs. 495/- only

No, as currently being a startup we are based in India only, so we do not delivery the parcel out the India.

PARCEL OPENING VIDEO IS COMPULSORY. Without the parcel opening video, we will not entertain any claim.
Damage / Defective / Short Product
In case you receive a damaged or defective product, send us a parcel opening video highlighting the defect or damaged product & box label to customer support Whatsapp No: +91 88714 88214. . We will process the refund within 24 hours. You should report this issue within 24 hours of receiving the order.

Cancellation before dispatch is allowed. Users can cancel orders before they are dispatched by 99wholesale. Users will receive a unique tracking number for order status. To cancel before dispatch, users can send a WhatsApp message with an order ID to Whatsapp no: +91 88714 88214. Refunds for cancellations before dispatch are initiated within 3 business days.
